About the event

Miriam and the Sacred Waters

This Friday, we’ll gather around the story of Miriam, the tambourine, and the music that carried a people from fear toward freedom. Together, we’ll explore Miriam’s story through midrash, music, reflection, and the making of our own tambourines.

We’ll consider what it means to hold on to hope — not as an escape from the realities of the world, but as a practice of courage, creativity, and community. There will be space to listen, to make music, to reflect, and perhaps to discover where our own hope wants to find its voice.

Come as you are. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your willingness to make a little noise.
